After all of this abuse, the jewelry and headbands remained perfectly in place and were not affected at all. Our independent Testing Team says the Halos tested stronger than other adhesives & double-sided tape products. Directions for Use:

1. Peel back the halo from the release paper.
2. Place the sticky side of the tape to your matching circular felt circle or paper.
3. PRESS the two together.
4. Peel off the 3M tissue-protective cover.
5. Place where desired and PRESS down everywhere. This activates the pressure release adhesive.
You are now finished.
The product cures permanently in 24 hours.
